Church pioneering is all about building people, friendships and trust. It’s about caring for people first and foremost and then reaching our community out of a common vision and multiple strategies. Resources are drawn to vision, not vision to resources. When one knows what we should be doing, it answers the question of what not to do.

Vision without a plan is like a ship without sails. Visionaries need nuts and bolts people, administrators and above all, people who love people for what they are, not what they can get out of them. If you have a passion to build and be part of a fantastically caring team, here are a few ways you can do that:
